I just found Volumes 2-4 of the Encyclopedia Magica! I dont believe i've ever seen these books before, but I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw them on the shelf, I had to buy them! A while back I heard the guys over at the Roll for Initiative Podcast talking about them. There are so many magic items it almost makes your head spin! Now I need to find volume 1 to finish the set.
